Approval Process

AusFleet offers an approval process module for
those organisations that require approvals for jobs and purchase orders.
·
Assign up to 3 levels of approval internally or externally for either workshop jobs and/or
purchase orders
·
Generate emails to relevant persons, starting at the lowest level and finishing at the
highest
·
Check the status through a hyperlink in AusFleet e.g. pending second level approval
·
Job or order status will change to approved once it has been accepted by all levels
Tyre Management
Tyre performance is important for any fleet
manager; AusFleet’s new online module allows you to manage tyres through their
lifecycle and analyse costs and performance.
·
Record details such as serial numbers, size, manufacturer, supplier, condition and type
·
Store history e.g. which fleet items and positions a tyre has been assigned
·
Enter when it was purchased, fitted, transferred and disposed displaying a full audit trail
·
Record a re-tread along with the charge increasing accuracy of owning the tyre
·
Update tyre details through its life such as wear, km’s travelled and associated costs to
help with analysis, comparisons and decision making.
