AusFleet offers you personal service to help us work together to make life easier for you. All our customers are allocated a client manager for appropriate, business to business communications.
 And we answer the telephone within four rings.  

Although each installation is different, the typical process is as follows:

1. Consultancy

  • Experienced staff to answer your queries
  • On-site product demonstration
  • Assistance with module and product selection
  • Provision of technical product and architecture information
  • Provision of deployment plan and timeline
  • Client manager for personal assistance and project management
  • Specification of interfaces and development if required

2. Installation

  • Remote or on site installation
  • Configuration of system and database   
  • Advice & assistance with data migration
  • Legacy data conversion and importation

3. Deployment

  • On-site training over an agreed number of days
  • Priority Gold Support for several weeks after “Go live"
  • Continual support & maintenance
  • Ongoing product development and updates
