Transactions

Several modules may be combined to provide the required transaction processing options. The modules are Accidents, Infringements, Payables and General Expenses. Also see the Fleet Administration and Interfacing modules, which provide Fuel, eTag, Logs and many other facilities.

Transaction details may be interfaced with finance systems to provide single point of entry and maintain data integrity.

Wherever transactions are entered, the costs accrue to the relevant debtor and may be invoiced from AusFleet. An income/expense summary may be viewed conveniently in the Fleet/Plant module when appropriate user rights are assigned.

Transaction details are also recorded for income/expense analysis – part of the core Fleet/Plant module – which can assist in calculating hire rates.

Functions include:

Enter and accrue ad hoc costs such as towing fees, valeting, parking etc.
Record & manage driver infringements, control penalty notices and identify driver education needs
Record accidents with comprehensive details, repair quotes and claim form printouts
Track payables for easier processing and timely payment
