Yes. AusFleet gives unlimited access to a booking calendar and bookings app, which connect to administrative areas for controlling availability, charge regimes and invoicing.

Functionality includes short-term or open-ended bookings, hire pools, flexible charge profiles, defect reporting, automated email confirmations, operator timesheets, suspensions, split billings, project codes, optional manager approvals and interfacing to Australian Security Technology Key Cabinets.



Most subscriptions range from around $6,000 to $40,000 per year including licence, cloud hosting and support. Your final price depends on the number of users, the modules you need, the volume of data you keep and your chosen support package.

Because we offer access to mobile apps without affecting your user count, you can serve your drivers and operators very competitively.

Deployment services such as training, data migration and system configuration are also available at very competitive prices.



In Australia using Microsoft Azure Cloud Services. Your data is never transferred out of Australia.

We back up your data to a different location every night and offer an optional service to send a copy to a server or cloud location of your choosing, so you always have a copy of your database.

Yes, many of our clients exchange data with finance, GPS, and other systems. We have created tailored interfaces to SAP, TechnologyOne, MinCom, Navman GPS, Civica Authority, MYOB, Pinnacle GPS, PeopleSoft and others. We can use API’s or CSV file exchange.

AusFleet also has an optional Interfacing module that you can use to import and export transactions in CSV files without needing technical expertise.



Yes, extensive user rights/permissions are available for every module and groups can be created for easier rights allocation.



AusFleet has a suite of standard reports which can be configured with parameters and optional columns.

Results can be exported to multiple formats including CSV, xlsx, pdf and more.



Yes, using service regimes containing service intervals and parts & requirements to build jobs automatically. Schedules can be based on time (months) and/or utilisation (km/hour meter).

Regimes can also include flat rate “book” times, fixed costs, creep, or non-creep.

R&M functions include timesheets, ad hoc repairs, internal/external jobs, sublets, time-only programmed services for safety/condition checks, transport costs, defect reporting and much more.

The R&M module also links to the optional Service Requests for drivers, My Job app for electronic job cards and Checklists for pre-start and periodic checks.



Yes. Designed to assist with NHVAS, drivers use the AusFleet app to complete a series of safety checks, upload photos of defects, and send results to the administrator for assessment, prioritisation, scheduling and easy job creation in the integrated R&M module.

It includes Summary and Detailed Reporting covering checks carried out and repairs completed within allowable times.



Yes, we have done this hundreds of times using our data templates to simplify the process. It's one of several deployment options along with training and project management.



Yes, AusFleet’s Android & iOS Apps includes Pre-Start Checklists, Pool Car Bookings, Service Requests and My Job electronic workshop cards.
