  • My Jobs - Mechanics Job Cards

    Works with the AusFleet R&M module.

    • Workshop staff sees their jobs on a daily basis, including parts and requirements.

    • Timesheets are created whenever a job is started and stopped using the app.

    • Select job codes for R&M analysis - work completed, repair reason, and repair cause.

    • Report defects which are sent to AusFleet and can be easily added to future jobs as requirements.

  • Pool Car & Plant Hire Bookings

    Works with the AusFleet Hire module.

    • Book pool cars or plant; select vehicle type, enter to/from details and select from available items.

    • Displays photos and charge details (if applicable).

    • Notifications are emailed and bookings are recorded in AusFleet.

    • Enter return odometer for utilisation reporting and charging.

    • Integrated with AusFleet’s key cabinet interface for secure key storage and recording of pick up/return times.

  • Service Requests

    Works with the AusFleet Service Requests module.

    • Easily submit maintenance requests or report defects.

    • Reports arrive in AusFleet for assessment and scheduling.

    • Request history is updated when the request is scheduled or cancelled.

  • Pre-start Checklists

    Works with the AusFleet Checklist module.

    • Do pre-start checks on plant/vehicles by answering a series of questions.

    • For failed checks, enter the fault description and upload a photo.

    • Defects are sent to AusFleet for assessment, prioritation and scheduling.
