Bronze Support

Included in your annual subscription at no additional cost, Bronze includes the core services everyone needs, such as unlimited online-only support tickets, upgrades, online user guide and limited help desk support.

Even with Bronze, you are still important to us and our dedicated, Australian team will serve you professionally and courteously.

Silver Support

Taking support to the next level, Silver includes a personal Account Manager, more Help Desk time to answer your users’ questions, options for customised development at discounted rates, site visits, telephone support and other benefits.

Silver is a great option for SMEs up to larger businesses, particularly if your AusFleet system is limited to a smaller user count.

Gold Support

If you use a large number of modules, if fleet management is fundamental to your operations, or if you have over 20 licensed users, Gold Support may be the package for you.

In addition to Silver services it includes unlimited help desk service, regular site visits, call prioritisation, annual training, higher data allowances and our lowest software development rates.
